2. Orders and Purchases
2.1. Order Placement: Orders for Lavli 1 devices may be placed directly with our sales team or in some instances through our website and eventually in person at a physical store location. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
2.2. Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirms that we have received it.
2.3. Acceptance of Order: Your order is considered accepted when we have verified product availability, confirmed payment, and initiated the shipment process. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. For example if an order is placed from a location outside our capability to ship to.

3.1. Pricing: Prices for our Lavli devices and accesstories are listed on our website and may be subject to change without notice. The price you see at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

5.1. Return Policy: We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email info@lavli.com. Returns that require shipping costs, will be covered by the purchaser.
5.2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in accordance with our return policy. Please allow 60 days for processing.

6.1. Product Descriptions: We make every effort to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions. However, variations in components, color, and texture are natural characteristics of the assembly process, and minor deviations may occur.
7. Warranty
7.1. Limited Warranty: We offer a limited warranty for Lavli products.

8.1. Copyright: All content, images, designs, and product descriptions on our website and promotional materials are protected by copyright and are the property of Lavli Inc.
8.2 Design Patent: Lavli 1 has a pending utility patent that was submitted on November 12, 2024
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.
