How to empty the purge tank?
The purge tank is in the upper left corner of the machine and can be dislodged with a slight pull. Please note that you'll require to hold the tank with the handle up so water does not leak. Once you are near a drain, you'll need to unscrew the back wing plug to drain. Be sure to hold the tank over the sink when unscrewing this plug.

How do I clean the front left filter (Sediment Filter)?
First, open the front panel. Please check the first filter (Lint Filter) that is located on the right side of the machine. If there is lint, please remove by turning the housing. There will be water inside the housing so you please be careful when moving it from the machine to a drain. To clean the screen unscrew housing by turning counter clockwise and remove the screen and scrap the lint and debris until you can see through the screen. When finished, place the screen back and screw back the housing. To replace the filter located on the left, spin the housing counter clockwise. Please be aware that the housing will have grey water which may have an odor. Empty the water, throw away the cartridge and replace it with a new filter. You'll know the filter needs to be changed when it looks dark or close to black. Screw the housing clockwise and ensure its snug tight.

Similar to the left filter, unscrew the filter housing counter clockwise and remove the stainless steel filter. Take a cloth wipe off any lingering lint that is stuck to the filter and throw the cloth away. Empty the water in the housing, by putting it down a drain. Once complete, put the stainless steel filter back into the housing and screw the housing back into place by hand torquing it tightly clockwise. Make sure its snug :)

In order to reset your machine so you can reconnect to the application, please spin the dial to Settings and click the down arrow on the button. Next select reset machine by spinning the dial. Click the down arrow. Once it's reset, you should be able to go back into the APP and select retry connecting.
Why can't I use my own detergent?
Why can't I use my own detergent?
Great question! It's because of the suds. We've tested over 30 different types of detergents and almost all produce a lot of suds. Unfortunately this will create issues with our system. Therefore we decided that only the Lavli detergent will be allowed and at the recommended dosage (1 teaspoon) per load. Since our drum size is smaller this ensures low suds.
