Refund policy

All Lavli 1 units are hand assembled and will have a 12 month warranty.  This includes, the RO filter, damaged electronics, cracks or breaks.  This does not include filters that are damaged from 3rd party detergents, filter bags that need to be replaced because they have completed their expected lifespan, and does not cover Lavli detergent or damaged glass or materials from insufficient care of the machine.  

• Damaged units, customers will be able to notify Lavli at info@lavli.com
• Extended warranties are available at an additional cost
